Your Mission

As a Product Marketing Manager, your main goal will be to maximize product adoption and revenue by distilling customer & market insights into accurate positioning & messaging and high-impact launch strategies.


What You'll Do

  • Strategy & Positioning:

    Continuously refine audience segmentation to develop intuitive, usage-first product lines that serve company strategy. Define product positioning and messaging frameworks from ideation to launch, in collaboration with Product and Copywriting teams.

  • Launch Orchestration (Go To Market):

    Orchestrate high-impact, multi-channel product introduction campaigns (web, social, paid, influence, partners) to ensure the value proposition is accurately perceived and global adoption is maximized.

  • Creative Vision & Content:

    Supervise marketing video productions (from concept to execution). Ensure consistency and efficiency of internal campaign content production, maintaining accountability for the creative vision, with a keen eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of current advertising trends in our industry, while rigorously managing the allocated budgets.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment:

    Engineer comprehensive Product Marketing Briefs and Release Info Docs to serve as a strategic "source of truth" for cross-functional teams, press, and influencers. Align Product, Brand, Growth, and Sales teams on all go-to-market initiatives, effortlessly adapting your communication style to federate these diverse audiences.

  • Analysis & Optimization:

    Reporting all marketing activities, campaign performance, and product adoption on a weekly & monthly basis to iterate on our strategies and maximize our portfolio's lifecycle.

Job requirements

What You Bring

  • Solid and successful professional experience in Product Marketing, Brand Strategy, or Go-to-Market roles

  • Strong understanding of product lifecycles and premium positioning (experience in the tech industry is a strong plus)

  • Proven ability to lead multi-channel product launches and translate market insights into measurable business impact, backed by a strong strategic vision.

  • Comfortable with AI tools, analytics platforms, and marketing technologies enabling data-driven decision-making in an international environment, as well as driving innovative campaigns.

  • Excellent communication and natural leadership skills, allowing you to adapt your pitch and unite cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in Budget Management & ROI Tracking.

  • Music production experience is highly valued and will make you the perfect candidate to speak our users' language!

  • Remote Work: Up to 2 days per week
