Your Mission
As a Product Manager at Arturia, you'll join a dynamic team of Product Managers and Product Designers, united by a love for music and dedicated to shaping the future of music technology. You will take ownership of the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the crucial Arturia Software Center (ASC) and other companion software applications that form the backbone of our hardware and software ecosystem.
Your mission is to define and deliver solutions that provide seamless integration, intuitive control, and added value for our users, ensuring our companion software effectively supports and enhances the overall Arturia experience. You'll work closely with engineering, design, sound design, and marketing teams to bring this vision to life.

What You'll Do
Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Arturia Software Center and Companion Software portfolio.
Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify user needs, market opportunities, and emerging trends.
Translate insights into detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
Prioritize features and manage the product backlog effectively, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
Work with Product Designers to ensure intuitive and effective user experiences across your portfolio.
Partner with marketing and sales teams to define go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future iterations.
Communicate product plans, progress, and insights clearly to stakeholders across the company.
Collaborate with other Product Managers to optimize product management processes and ensure alignment with Arturia’s global product strategy.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to music software and hardware integration.
Pré-requis du poste
What You Bring
Proven experience (ideally 3-5+ years) in software Product Management, preferably working on desktop and/or web applications, especially software that interacts with hardware.
A strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
Demonstrated ability to gather and synthesize user needs, market data, and business requirements into a clear product strategy, actionable plans, and identified business opportunities.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, combined with vision and agility to understand the market, its communities, and stakeholders.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing).
Experience with Agile development methodologies is highly desirable.
A technical background or a solid understanding of software development processes is a significant advantage.
A genuine passion for music technology and music production. You are curious, creative, ideally have experience using music hardware/software, and are well-versed in music software tools (e.g., Cubase, Ableton Live).
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in French is a plus.
A relevant degree (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Design) or equivalent practical experience.

Contract: Permanent (CDI)
Location: Montbonnot-Saint-Martin (Grenoble, France), in a collaborative and creative workspace
Remote Work: Up to 2 days per week
