Stage IT - Technicien support IT (F/H)

Vous rejoignez l’équipe IT Infrastructure composée de 5 personnes afin d’assurer le support des équipements informatiques de l’entreprise.  Vous serez accompagné(e) par Amine Khaldi dans les missions suivantes :

Au cours de ce stage, vous réaliserez :

●        des onboarding des nouveaux collaborateurs qui arrivent à Arturia

●        des offboarding des collaborateurs qui quittent Arturia

●        Paramétrage de compte de google workspace

●        Préparation d’ordinateurs

●        Gestion des tickets IT, badges d'accès, imprimantes, petits matériels

You will join the IT Infrastructure team, composed of 5 people, to provide support for the company’s IT equipment. You will be supervised by Amine Khaldi in the following tasks:

During this internship, you will:
●        Onboard new employees joining Arturia
●        Offboard employees leaving Arturia
●        Set up Google Workspace accounts
●        Prepare computers
●        Manage IT tickets, access badges, printers, and small hardware

●        Bac/CAP/BEP  informatique minimum en formation de technicien informatique

●        Sens du service

●        Capable de parler anglais est un plus
