We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented marketer with a passion for driving growth and have a track record of success in implementing data-driven strategies.

As a member of the Marketing team, the Growth Marketing Manager will be managing the Growth Team in charge to expand Arturia’s customer base, increase revenue, and grow market share.


As such, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a team of 4 direct reports, creating tools to improve performance of the team and enable them to reach their goals
  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Customer Acquisition: work with your team to plan and implement effective customer acquisition campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.

  • Conversion Optimization: Continuously optimize conversion funnels and user journeys to improve conversion rates and customer experience.

  • Amazon stores: Manage our Amazon stores as Vendors and Sellers to grow their revenues and meet the business objectives.

  • Product Life Cycle: Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and execute a Product Life Cycle action plan to maximize its revenues at every stage of its life cycle.

  • Data Analysis: Work with our Data specialist to analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of your growth plan.

  • CRM: Work with our CRM specialists to define the winning scenarios to turn leads and users into active, happy, loyal and high-value customers.

  • Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content that drives organic traffic and supports customer acquisition.

  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and track ROI on marketing investments.

  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights on marketing performance to the leadership team, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.

Job requirements

Requirements and Qualifications :

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in growth marketing, Amazon stores management, digital marketing, or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, metrics, and tracking tools.

  • Solid knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and content marketing.

  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Results-driven attitude with a passion for data-driven decision-making.

  • Up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.

Permanent contract, full time.

_Location

We will favor a candidate willing to work from our headquarters in Montbonnot-Saint-Martin (near Grenoble, France) but remain open to alternatives. In any case, monthly travel to Arturia HQ to liaise on projects is a requirement.
