Arturia is growing and now employs over 150 passionate people located in France, the USA, Hong Kong, Mexico, and the UK. Arturians share an ambition for excellence, values such as transparency and simplicity, and a culture of celebration around successes.

Within the sales department (8 people), you will oversee our B-to-B sales to a certain number of international distributors and dealers. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for your account and territory success. Under the International Sales Manager responsibility, you will work hand in hand with our Channel Marketing and Sales Administration teams.

The strong relationship you will build with your customers, your analytical mind, and the deep market knowledge you will develop, will allow you to find the levers to accelerate your customers' growth.

  • Negotiation and monthly follow-up of your customers' yearly business plans and action plans.
  • Orders negotiation: from new product orders to monthly sales objectives.
  • Analyzing your account performance will allow you to implement action plans to reach the full potential of each product (example: do we need more product training? Is there a local competition issue? Are we sold at all relevant dealers?)
  • Presenting our products and strategy with enthusiasm; you’ll spend at least 5 days a month on business trips visiting dealers or attending trade shows.
  • Problem solving: from tech support to logistics; you’ll play a pivot role to solve potential obstacles.
  • Your feedback from your markets will nurture other Arturia departments (marketing, product management…) and your inputs will play a major role in building the global sales roadmap (promotions, marketing activations, forecasts…).
