We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing team, whose mission is to create desire and love for our brand and our products, made to inspire musicians throughout the world.


The team is organized into two main activities, Brand and Growth. The Growth team aims at acquiring new users and converting them into customers, as well as contributing to Arturia’s global explansion. Within this team, your role will be to help drive the digital strategy, planning and execution of our online marketing initiatives to drive performance while ensuring consistency in the brand messaging.


As such, your responsibilities will include:

  • Participate in the definition, implementation and monitoring of the brand's digital and editorial strategy in sync with our Community Manager
  • Collaborate with business development leaders to better understand their goals and provide support through digital media efforts
  • Create digital marketing campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
  • Manage and challenge paid digital advertising through third-party contractors
  • Optimize the Arturia brand website and marketplaces to increase online traffic through page design, SEO, SEM, and other tools to drive relevant traffic
  • Follow best practices for online marketing and stay up to date with market trends
  • Actively monitor the competition and the brand's e-reputation
  • Coordinate external service providers and synchronize with the various departments to ensure perfect execution of operations
  • Ensure the impeccable quality and relevance of the Digital Marketing deliverables (texts, visuals, coherence…) through thorough proofreading and observation
  • Establish and track marketing metrics and analyze digital data to measure marketing success ROI and KPIs
  • Contribute to E-commerce activities by supporting the E-Commerce Manager

Job requirements

  • Master’s degree in marketing, communications, commerce, or any related field
  • At least 4 years digital marketing experience, including leading and managing social media marketing campaigns across all platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Ads…)
  • Knowledge of digital levers such as emailing, SEO, SEM, ANALYTICS and display advertising, and related tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Search Console, SEM Rush…)
  • Capable of identifying, attracting, and engaging target audiences
  • Strong ability to identify and ask for the best content at every stage of the global conversion funnel
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
  • Understanding of landing pages optimization, user funnels, and A/B testing
  • Team player with the ability to work well and be flexible within the marketing team and other business departments
  • You are fluent in English and show strong communication abilities to work efficiently in our international team
  • Sensitivity with the music industry
